Siluri-net exists as a vehicle for rapid and wide communication among the participants of the ALL CATFISHES PROJECT. Communication will primarily be about project activities, products, support for publication and research related travel. Furthermore, siluri-net provides an appropriate forum for all matters of general interest pertaining to catfish diversity and systematics. Subscription to this list is open and free of charge; posting messages to the list is available only to subscribers.

English language is encouraged, but not required.

Virus warning notices and commercial product advertisements are strictly prohibited and any such messages received will result in the suspension of all list privileges for the sender.
